Safety and Health Policy
The Safety and Health of our employees at work is of paramount priority in our business operations.
Safety is primarily every employee’s responsibility of management to ensure a safe working environment free of any unsafe condition and where continuous detection and correction of unsafe acts are practiced to prevent accidents. In unlikely event that a life-threatening situation occurs, stoppage of work is immediately encouraged.
The orientation of employees on safety and health must be done regularly to ensure the development of safety awareness across the entire organization. As a matter of rule , personal protective equipment must be worn, when necessary. The management is, likewise, committed for a safe and healthful environment as well as its conservation.
Further, in the formulation of our Safety and Health Program, we were guided by the provisions of the Occupational Safety and Health Standards of DOLE, by the provisions of the Labor Code of the Philippines and by those of the Safety Organization of the Philippines.
And finally, all safety and health matters must be considered of equal importance to the quality, time and cost elements of our business.
