Shinryo Hong Kong partners SPCI with Ltd in Venetian Macao Resort Hotel Project   

SPCI fused a partnership with Shinryo Hong Kong Ltd. construction project at the Venetian Macao Resort Hotel.  The hotel is located in a reclaimed land between the islands of Taipa and Coloane, Macau SAR. SPCI will provide the management, engineering, labor, tools and facilities for operation of duct fabrication yard and the engineering and CAD services for HVAC systems in the podium area of the soon-to-rise  prestigious hotel in Macao.   The two-year project is already half-way and  expected to finish  on March 2007. 

The entire project is a million square feet premier structure of resort and casino properties that is destined to become a grand venue for convention and exhibition facilities.  The mega facilities will soon be known in the world as Asia's Las Vegas™, patterned from the Las Vegas Strip.

Our company takes pride in promoting local talent and employing Filipino engineers in this overseas project.  Our technical staff works at the podium package HVAC installation and skilled work force are employed to manage duct fabrication works. 

The management team is also gearing to expand the Macao operation and bracing to compete in the booming development in the area.  Last June 2006, the company completed the registration of its Macao subsidiary – SPI (Macao) Engenharia Limitada.  The administration will be directly controlled by local manages and will soon partner with Macao local contractors.
